Sorry if the title of this post sounds a bit morbid or sad, but alas, it is the truth. The day has finally come. I am relinquishing my hold on this beloved site, and turning it over to very capable hands. Kim has graciously agreed to take over the site. So, many thanks are directed towards her for keeping LW.net alive. While I have loved hosting this site, the simple fact is that I’m an adult now and have so much more on my plate than I used to. I’m finishing up college, applying for internships and making my way out into the world, and for that reason I want to give my future my full attention, as corny as it sounds. That doesn’t go without saying that this site has meant everything and more to me over the past two-three years. I started this site because I believed (and still believe) that Laura is not only a tremendous actress, but a wonderful person who deserves all of the support I and her countless number of fans have to offer. Even though I won’t be at the helm anymore so to speak, I hope that this site remains your top resource for all things related to Laura. It has been a fun ride and I have met many great people while hosting this site and for that simple fact, I am eternally grateful. So I thank you all for the past couple of years and please, keep on supporting Laura! Have a great week! GO SAINTS!

Another quick little gallery/clip update. I’ve added Laura’s first couple of weeks as Cassie on Guiding Light. You can find the clips in the media section under “Guiding Light Clips.” I’m working on getting January Carly clips done, so look for those soon. I think that’s it for the moment. I will continue to add Cassie scenes in the weeks to come. The whole story arc when Laura came on as Cassie was really great, so I hope you all enjoy it! Friday’s HD caps have also been added to the gallery. MAJOR thanks to Afrodite & Chrissie for providing us with HD Carly caps now. I appreciate it immensely!

First of all, sorry for the lack of updates…that’ll change, hopefully! I finally got all of January’s screencaps up to date. You can find the links to those albums below. Just a side bit of info, if you plan on going to Laura’s wine tasting in Calabash, NC in February tickets are going fast so be sure to get yours secured. If you would like to attend please send an email to John to make your reservation. Tickets are $75 for each night. Laura will also be on the Soap Cruise which sets sail from Miami, FL on January 28, 2010. There are still some cabins available for purchase. Check out SoapCruise.com for more info.
